I finally found the frickin' textbook store's website. I found the books required for both the meteorology classes, but there wasn't one listed for PDE. Hopefully that means there isn't one.

I already have one of the textbooks from my undergraduate classes which I didn't even pay for because it belongs to Jeremy, so my textbook expenses for this upcoming semester will amount to ONE paperback book for $22 (including tax). How the hell did I do that?

I should make more entries public. I don't know what I'm trying to hide anymore.

PS...They don't use Holton's book for Dynamics here. I'm not sure whether to grumble at buying more books or cheer at never having to use it again.

Yay on the textbooks! I've already been advised that the book lists won't be posted for quite a while, and then will take even longer to get to the campus bookstore, so I might as well scour the internet as soon as they come out. Yay.

And I do the public posting, but I find it's utterly ridiculous that there are tiny things that you think are total non-issues that other people will use to be awful to you. Hm.

I've never purchased it in an effort to avoid using it at all. (*no offense Holton, I hope you're not rolling over in your grave, much love and all, we all love you here*) Sadly, I have been unable to get away! I keep borrowing it from my officemate!

makes you wonder what they use for dynamics if they dont use Holton. i mean...everyone used holton. unless its some guy from OU that probably wrote a book and can only get students from the school to buy it.
