And really, you may not even be from the West at all, you could easily be from Florida or one of those big Southern cities like Dallas or Atlanta. | |

No, I'm not from a major city. I had a weak southern accent most of my life (living in rural KS and OK will do that to you), and then I moved to Iowa and picked up just enough Minnesoooota northy accent to balance it out. If you get me started in a conversation with an individual with a thick southern accent, though, my original drawl comes back.
