Yep, I ended up going down to Welch Ave. to check out the scene. I got a chance to see the last two bands and the announcement of the winners of the Battle of the Bands. For those of you that might be interested:

1st place: Only
2nd place: Road to Ruin
3rd place: Hessians

I didn't get to see the last two, but I did see Only perform. They were pretty good, but they could have used more variety in their sound. They sounded like Disturbed.
