You guys remember the National Collegiate Forecasting Contest that I'm in? It's in the home stretch now. There's one period of forecasting left, and it's Boston, Massachusetts. I'm just a little over a point away from first place, so I have a really good chance of beating my whole division! These are 260 freshman and sophomore meteorology students around the country, and I could get FIRST! I really can't believe I did so well.

If I don't beat this weather stud from the University of Oklahoma, there's no way I'm going to be disappointed. It's just a fun competition. There's no point in being a bad sport. I've even given half a thought to emailing the guy and congratulating him if he does win. *shrug*
