Question: What is the general consensus on removing journals from your friends list that are old journals of other people? That might not make any sense since I just read it and got lost in the sentence. Let's put it in Heather terms...Friend has journal. Friend makes new journal but doesn't delete old journal. Should Heather remove old journal from her friends list since it is inactive or keep it for archival purposes?

There...that made sense.

Searching through the rows of used CDs at Hastings last night I found a true gem mixed in with all the other shit. I bought The Saint Soundtrack right after I saw the movie several years ago and loved it, but I lost it in the fire. So...I've been trying to find this baby for over two years now. I even tried Ebay, and the ONE copy I found got outbidded much to my dismay. I found this scratchless used one last night for $5.99!!! That made my day, let me tell you.

Here's an interesting bit from today...I went shopping with my mom to some local thrift stores, and I was writing out a check to pay for my shirts. The cashier kinda looks me over and asks, "Are you a meteorology major?" I instantly looked down at my sweatshirt which said "Iowa State Meteorology" in big red letters, smiled, and nodded my head. She gave me the quirkiest look and said, "Oh, wow, I've never seen one before" and then proceeded to say something else about whether it's going to snow or not. I still can't figure out why that was so incredibly fascinating to her. Am I some kind of exotic and rare breed of human or something? People really make me wonder sometimes...
