Oct. 31st, 2001 09:50 pmTonight went pretty well until I got home :(.
I went to work at 4:00, and there was NOTHING wrong! NO BITCHING! WOW! While I'm at work, my blazer gets "sabotaged" by Kayla and Jennifer. They wrote aaaaaaaalllll over it with paint. I found it funny, actually. Then Anne, Robby, and Ashley stopped by to "trick-or-treat" candy out of me. Then I went and pestered my sister and she gave me free food!!! Then I get home...
Ok, you have to understand that my family has lived in the country ALL of our lives until now. This is the first year we actually get to participate in the whole kids-coming-to-the-door-wanting-candy thing. I got all excited about it and bought candy and everything. I think Dad was hyped up too, because he even put a sign on the door saying that the doorbell doesn't work. Not a single kid came. NONE. I have a full bowl of candy sitting on the table next to me, and I never wanted to eat it all by myself. The worst part is that I think there's a reason. It might be because of where we live in town, but I doubt it. I think parents won't let their kids come here because of the history of this house before we moved in. It's terribly disappointing to me. What a great way to end the evening...
In other news, I heard that they found Anthrax in Kansas City. Is this true????
